  • These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sathutakade.com and your relationship with Sathutakade (Private) Limited (Sathutakade, we or us). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.

Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs.) inclusive of taxes, and we reserve the right to change any price at any time.Sathuta kade holds overall authority to decide on fulfilling the order, if & when the management understands that the order is placed for commercial (re-sale or other) purpose, or any other reason.

Warranty Conditions

  • Sathuta kade guarantees that the products are free from deficiencies. The company warrants that all products provided to to the customers are all genuine, original and new components, and are suitable for the purpose intended. Warranty covers only the manufacture defects & warranty does not cover physical damages & other damages occurred by natural disasters. If this condition is violated at any given transaction, Sathuta kade has sole discretion to decide on cancelling the order.

Use of the Site

  • The Site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and/or using this site, you agree to be bound by and accept without limitation or qualification the following Terms and Conditions.

Excluded Services

  • The services provided by the Site do not include the provision of computers or other necessary equipment to access the Site. To use the site you will require Internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication links. We shall not be liable for any telephone or other costs that you may incur. We reserve the right to refuse to post material on the Site or to remove material already posted on the Site.

Availability of the Site

  • Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services at the Site will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. Your access to the Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can. Access to the site may be monitored by us or our nominees.

Advertisers and Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with relevant laws and codes. We will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.

Our liability

Nothing in this paragraph applies to our statutory liability in respect of products sold through the Site.Our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order.
